How do I open a trading account?

What are the documents needed when I open a trading account?

You are required to provide us with a copy of a Proof of Identity (POI) and a Proof of Residence (POR): (a) Proof of Identity (POI). The document should show your photo, name, and date of birth. How long does it take to approve my account?

Your account will be approved within 24 hours during weekdays after you have submitted a valid copy of POI (Proof of Identity) and POR (Proof of Residence).

What are the different options available for deposit currency?

We have 2 deposit currencies for clients to choose. 1. USD – US Dollar 2. EUR – Euro

Can I change the deposit currency of my trading account?

You cannot change the denomination of your account.

Can I change the leverage of my trading account?

Yes. You can log in to Fullerton Suite (https://secure.fullertonmarkets.com) and submit a request, which is located at the top left corner of the Fullerton Suite.

What is the minimum funding amount?

Can I open a Shariah-compliant or Swap-free account?

Swap-Free or Shariah compliant account is only offered to clients of Islamic faith and it is subjected to Fullerton Markets’ approval. Please log in to Fullerton Suite and submit a request, which is located at the top left hand corner of the Fullerton Suite. We will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days.

What are the trading commissions or fees charged?

We do not charge commissions on our Variable spread. There is a USD 8 (or its equivalent) per standard lot commission charged for our RAW spread.

Is credit bonus still available on my account after “Negative Balance Protection” request is approved?

No, all credit bonus will be removed. Your account balance & credit will be reset to 0.

How long does it take for my request to be completed?

It will be completed instantly if your request is valid; correct format (enter MT4 trader ID only, no other characters, or junk characters).

How do I request for Negative Balance Protection?

You may request via Fullerton Suite (https://secure.fullertonmarkets.com/) >> “Submit a Request” at the top left hand corner.
