Step 1: Log in to Fullerton Markets Secure Portal

  1. Open your browser and go to https://secure.fullertonmarkets.com/login.
  2. Enter your registered email and password, then click Login.

 

Step 2: Access the Deposit Function

  1. In the Fullerton Suite dashboard, navigate to the Deposit tab on the left menu.
  2. Click on Cryptocurrency to proceed with the deposit process.

Step 3: Choose Account, Select Channel & Enter Deposit Amount

  1. Choose the MT4 Trading Account you wish to fund.
  2. Select the Cryptocurrency Channel – B2BinPay (most commonly used by our clients).
  3. Enter the Deposit Amount – Only USD is allowed.
  4. Click "Continue" to proceed.

Step 4: Select Your Preferred Token or Coin

  1. Click on the dropdown menu under "Choose Cryptocurrency."
  2. Select your preferred token or coin from the available options.
    • Tokens (e.g., USDT-ERC20, USDC-BSC) are built on blockchain networks like Ethereum, BSC, or Tron.
    • Coins (e.g., BTC, ETH, LTC) have their own independent blockchains.

  3. Ensure that the selected cryptocurrency matches the wallet address you will be sending from to avoid transaction issues.

Step 5: Send Cryptocurrency to the Recipient Address

  1. Scan the QR Code using your crypto wallet's scan function to automatically capture the recipient's address.

    • If using a mobile wallet, open your wallet app and scan the QR code displayed.

  2. Copy & Paste the Address (if scanning is not an option).

    • Click to copy the recipient's wallet address and paste it into your crypto wallet's send function.
    • Double-check that the full address matches exactly to avoid permanent loss of funds.

  3. Confirm & Send

    • Enter the correct transaction amount.
    • Verify all details before sending the cryptocurrency.

⚠️ Important: Transactions sent to the wrong address cannot be recovered. Always confirm before proceeding. 🚀

 

 

Step 6: Verify Deposit & Contact Support if Needed

  1. Wait for Confirmation

    • Cryptocurrency deposits usually take 15-30 minutes to process, depending on network congestion.

  2. Check Your Account

    • Log in to your Fullerton Markets account and verify if the deposit has been credited.

  3. Contact Support if Delayed

    • If your deposit has not arrived within 15-30 minutes, reach out to our support team:
