Deposit Funds (Local Exchanger) Guide (IBs Transfer)

Becoming a Local Exchanger for Fullerton Markets

To qualify as a Local Exchanger, Introducing Brokers (IBs) must first obtain approval from Fullerton Markets in their respective countries.

This module will only be made available in your Fullerton Suite after approval is granted.

Step 1: Log in to Your Fullerton Markets Account

1. Go to Fullerton Markets Login.
2. Enter your credentials (email & password) and click Login.

Step 3: Enter Transfer Details & Submit Request

1. Fill in the Required Details

   • Enter the recipient's MT4/MT5 ID to send funds.
   • Verify that the client’s name appears correctly to avoid any errors.

2. Review & Confirm

   • Double-check all entered information to ensure accuracy.

3. Click "Submit Request"

   • Once all details are correctly filled in, submit your request to process the transfer.

Important Notes

• IB Account and IB Name Are Non-Editable

  • To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, the name cannot be changed.
  • Traders can only withdraw funds back to the same IB that originally transferred the funds to them.

• Instant Transfer Upon Approval

  • Once the transfer request is approved, the funds will be transferred instantly.

• Email Notification

  • Both the IB and the trader will receive an automated email confirmation of the successful transfer.
