Facebook Login To Suite Guide

Open New Account Using Facebook Credential:

Step 1

On the account opening form page, there will be a ‘Facebook Login’ button above the ‘Referral ID’ field as shown in the image below.

Step 2

Selecting the ‘Facebook Login’ button will then lead to the Facebook Login page as shown. You will be required to key in your Facebook Account details.

Step 3

After logging into Facebook, there will be a popup message whereby you will have to select ‘Continue’. By doing so, it will redirect you back to the Fullerton Suite Dashboard.

 

Step 4
The Name and Email will be captured according to your Facebook account details. Upon the next login, you can select ‘Log in with Facebook’ button which will instantly log you into the Suite Dashboard.

 

For Existing Client:

Step 1

Under the Password/Security module on Suite, you will have to select ‘Authorise Facebook Login’ to link your Facebook account to Suite.

Step 2

After logging into Facebook, you will have to select ‘Continue’. This will complete linkage process of your Facebook account to your Fullerton suite profile.

Step 3
Once authorised, a message will appear as shown below.

Step 4

Upon the next login to Suite, you can select the ‘Log in to Facebook’ button on the login page which will instantly log you into the Suite Dashboard.

Unlinking Facebook Account in Suite:

Step 1

To unlink the Facebook Account on Suite, you will have to access Password/Security module and select ‘Deauthorise Facebook Login’.

Step 2

Note: If you initially signed up using Facebook, you will be required to reset your password by selecting ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page to set a new password. This is because no password was required when you first signed up using your Facebook account.

Scenario 1

If you are existing clients, you will not be able to link a Facebook account that is already connected to another suite profile.

Scenario 2

You will be unable to use the “Continue with Facebook” button in the Account Opening Form if your Facebook Email Address already exists on another email profile in Fullerton Suite. An error message will be displayed as shown in the image below
