I have deposited USD 20,000 to my PRO account and made some profit on my trades, will I be penalized?

Exceeding the USD 20,000 Balance criteria due to profit will not be penalized. You will still be able to continue trading on the account as per normal.

How much are the swaps in PRO account?

There is Zero Swap charged for PRO account.

How much is the commission per lot in PRO account?

PRO account allows you to enjoy Swap-Free for all instruments offered and Commission-Free trades for both Forex and Metals. There will be 0.4% commission charged per lot for Cryptocurrency CFDs and 0.1% commission charged per lot for Stocks CFDs.

What instruments can be traded in PRO account type?

Why Is My Account Archived?

Archiving of account will only occur when the account balance is 0 or less than 0 and has been dormant for 180 days; the account will be deemed dormant if the account do not have any trading activities in the last six(6) months. Do note that archived accounts will not be reactivated. That said, to continue trading with us, you can create a new account through the Fullerton Market Suite website as shown below.

The candlestick has not reach my Stop Loss level, but my trade stopped out, why?

This scenario usually occurs in a Short trade. In a Short trade, you enter with the Bid price and close with the Ask price. However, candlestick represents Bid price only. When the candlestick (Bid price) moves near to your Stop Loss, the Ask price (which is higher than Bid price) would have hit your Stop Loss level, hence closing your trade. Is the Stop Loss level guaranteed?

Under normal market conditions, your Stop Loss level will be respected. However, in the event of market/price gap (which may be a result of weekend gaps, news, events etc.), prices may not be available to exit your trade at the Stop Loss level. What is a Margin Call and Stop Out?

A Margin Call is triggered before a Stop Out. It occurs when there are insufficient funds in your trading account to open and/or sustain trades. What is the minimum trading lot size?

We allow a minimum of 0.01 standard lots on our platform.

Is there a minimum number of trades I need to take per month?

No, there is no such requirement.

What is the maximum lot size I can enter, assuming I have enough margin?

The maximum lot size is 100 standard lots for currency, 50 standard lots for metals and 250 standard lots for other instruments. You may log in to Fullerton Suite and submit a request to increase lot size at the top left hand corner.

How long can I hold my trades?

There is no time limit on how long you can hold your trades, as long as your trading account has sufficient funds and do not trigger Margin Call or Stop Out.
