I see an error when I login to Fullerton Suite

How to deposit funds into your trading account?

- Please login to Fullerton Suite at https://secure.fullertonmarkets.com/login 2. Click on "Deposit" and choose from the available deposit methods. 3. After selecting the deposit method, you may select the trading acocunt that you wish to deposit. Select Channel, currency and enter the deposit amount. Lastly click on continue once you have confirmed the above details. 4. Proceed to the next page to access the payment portal and send your funds.

How to make an Internal transfer?

- On the souce account, click on More and select Transfer. 2. Select the Source (From) account, Destination (To) account, and channel. The system will display the transferable amount. Enter your desired transfer amount and check the box to agree to the terms and conditions.

My suite balance is not updated, what should I do?

If you notice that your suite balance does not match your trading account balance, simply click "Refresh Balance" on the Dashboard Home page.

How to withdraw my funds?

- Select the account that you want to withdraw. Click on More> Withdrawal 2. Select the available withdrawal method and channel, then enter the withdrawal amount. Submit the request, and the system will process it. You will receive an email notification once your withdrawal is processed.
