Inactive: You have not update Personal Information.
POR Required: Your account is Conditionally Approved. You may deposit or receive transfer up to USD 2,000 and start trading. Other features may be restricted.
Active: Your account is Fully Approved.
1. What is a Conditionally Approved account?
A conditionally approved account is an account with only Proof of Identity verified. You may submit the Proof of Residence for full verification.
2. What is allowed on a Conditionally Approved account?
You may deposit or receive transfer up to USD 2,000 and start trading. You are still able to withdraw your funds, subject to approval.
3. What are the limitations of a Conditionally Approved account?
You are not able to deposit or receive transfer more than USD 2,000 on your account. Deposit via Bank Wire (not applicable for certain countries) and/or Credit/Debit cards are not available. Other features may not be available (such as urgent deposit on your account etc.)
4. What can I do to unlock all features & benefits?
You are encouraged to submit the Proof of Residence to unlock all features & benefits.
5. What are the disclaimers that you need to be aware of?
The Company is not liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation, any loss of profit, which may arise directly or indirectly if your Conditionally Approved account reaches the limit of deposit/transfer. Please avoid positions being closed or margin call/stop-out due to the deposit/transfer limit of a Conditionally Approved account.
