The Company will charge the Client a nominal service fee of USD 5, or the account balance, whichever is lesser, on a quarterly basis if the account has been dormant (no trading activities in the last six (6) months). This service fee is agreed to be your voluntary donation to Fullerton Foundation – the philanthropic arm of the Company.
The trading account will be archived if the account has 0 balance and remained dormant for 180 days, Archived account will not be reactivated. To continue trading with us, you can create a new trading account through the Fullerton Markets Suite website.
